Made to Order Production
Each item in our shop is thoughtfully made to order, created just for you once your purchase is placed. We work with trusted production partners who help print and ship my artwork on a variety of products, from art prints to cozy home goods.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because items are made to order, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun. If you need to request a change to your order or shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
Processing Time
All items are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships. This production time is separate from shipping time.
Processing times may be longer during the holidays. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Production Locations
Our products are printed and shipped from production partners located in different regions, including the United States and Europe. This allows us to reduce shipping times and environmental impact where possible.
Orders May Ship Separately
Because items may be produced in different locations even within a region, your order may ship in multiple packages. This can result in more than one shipping charge at checkout, especially when ordering different product types. This process allows each piece to be crafted with care while keeping our approach low-waste and environmentally mindful.
Out of Stock Items
In rare cases, a product or material may become temporarily unavailable after an order is placed.
If an item in your order is out of stock or cannot be fulfilled as expected, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. You will be given the option to receive a replacement item, wait for the item to become available, or receive a refund for the unavailable item.
Shipping Time Estimates
Shipping times vary by destination and are calculated after production is complete. Once your order has shipped, delivery times typically range from 3–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $130 for continental U.S. addresses. This offer applies automatically at checkout. Orders may ship in multiple packages if they include different product types.
Certain oversized or specialty items may be excluded from free shipping. Any exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page.
Where We Ship
We currently ship most products within the United States. A limited selection of items may be available for shipping within Europe and may be produced and shipped from European production partners. Product availability may vary by region based on production location and fulfillment capabilities.
If a product is not available for shipping to your region, it may appear as unavailable or sold out when viewed from your location due to fulfillment limitations.
International Shipping
International shipping times and rates vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, taxes, or additional carrier fees required by their country. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and are collected by your local customs authority or carrier.
Customers are responsible for any additional charges if a package is refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Shipping Delays
While we do everything we can to ensure your order ships on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. This includes, but is not limited to, delays due to holidays, weekends, weather conditions, natural events, carrier backlogs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is managed entirely by the carrier.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete.
We do our best to process and ship orders quickly, so there is only a small window to make changes to an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have entered an incorrect address.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee, which will be determined by us. Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be resent.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or your local post office, as packages are sometimes left in unexpected places. Occasionally, items are marked as delivered by the carrier at the beginning of a route or a day early depending on hand offs between carriers.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery and are unable to offer replacements or refunds for orders marked as delivered. However, we will do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier when possible.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your items ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
